Don Roussinos is the president of L-3 Maritime Systems, a provider of automation, control, communication, sensing and navigation products and systems to Navies worldwide. Mr. Roussinos has over 25 years of experience in the defense industry and joined L-3 when Henschel Inc. was acquired in 1998. He held positions of increasing responsibility during his 18 years at Henschel from engineering, program management and business development to President of Henschel since 2000. Prior to L-3, Mr. Roussinos had distinguished careers at Textron (AVCO) and General Electric. Mr. Roussinos holds a Master of Management degree from Cambridge College and a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a Director of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts and Newburyport Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, National Defense Industrial Association and the American Shipbuilding Association.
