Bruce R. Moore
President
Bruce R. Moore was appointed to the position of president, Power Paragon, a division of L-3 Communications on January 1, 2004. Mr. Moore joined Power Paragon on August 4, 2003, as senior vice president, programs and business development for Power Systems Group (a business unit of Power Paragon). Prior to Power Paragon, he was president and general manager of L-3 Communications’ Celerity Digital Broadband Test division. Mr. Moore’s background includes program management and worldwide marketing and business development for KPMG Consulting Financial Services, program management for Telephonics’ state-of-the-art U.S. Navy Helicopter LAMPS Radar system and an improved Air Traffic Control and information management system and experience with Lockheed Martin’s weather radar and communications system (NEXRAD) for the U.S. National Weather Service. His career also includes management positions at Raytheon, Data General, Unisys and Loral, where he worked on infrared systems, Aegis programs and advanced weather systems. Mr. Moore holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. His formal education also includes advanced training in management and technology, including the Stanford General Management Program.
